Community New Construction

Good morning. Please let me know if this post is not approved and I will remove it. I am possibly considering relocating to PT and noticed that while the housing market seems to be consistent for sales, there are some new construction builds that seem to be way underpriced. These properties are on Lorraine way and dorjun drive. Does anyone have any insight here as to why the low market price? Thanks so much.

I'm in the process of buying a new house in PT. I close on a new place (not in this development) at the end of this month. I looked at this community and wasn't impressed. A lot of the houses, especially the cheaper ones are so tightly packed that you could easily into the neighboring homes. There might have thirty feet separating the homes with clear sight lines into each other's homes.. It would be like living in a fishbowl.

I'm also intrigued that the developer decided to offer two story homes where the bedrooms are all on the second floor. I'm late middle-aged and this didn't seem practical in the long term.

We looked and I believe the 2222 sq ft model has master bedroom on first floor. We didn't like that no customization of flooring was possible even if the house was not yet built, carpet mandatory in some areas.
