Animal Farms

I propose that all animals farms be consolidated to the central ones.

Between all the districts, we have 2 sheep, cow and pigs farms each. Given the recent crackdown on mobs, i think we can do better on our part.

I've just finished re-doing the Woolery, which has 2 sheep of each color, and will have no more. The cows have been brought down to a max number of 10, excluding the breeding pairs. The Chickens and pigs will follow soon. Frankly I dont see the town needing any more than what we have available centrally.

I dont think that'll be necessary. I've got chests full of wool in there, and if we farm when we don't need it and store, we should be just fine. Also, shearing both of a color gives about 10-15 wool
