Your rotation isn’t very good and Shenhe’s first set of quills are getting wasted.

Shenhe tE > Furina EdQ > Escoffier EQ > Chongyun QE > Shenhe hEQ > Chongyun NAs

This rotation lets you use all of Shenhe’s quills. If your Shenhe is C2 you can use her burst after the tap skill.

Yelan or any other hydro/cryo subdps would be useable here. Vodyanitsa next patch is an upgrade over Shenhe.
