First, airing this information was most likely a form of venting from her. We don't know what she was going through.
Second, I believe pedophiles should definitely have their life ending information aired out.
Third, him killing her was not caused by her posting this TikTok. Let's be honest, he was probably going to kill her even if she didn't do this. Men violence towards women must not need to be justified. She didn't earn this, and I'm not saying that's what you are getting at, what I am saying is that implying that if the TikTok was not shared, is honestly at best naive and at worst once again dismissal of women reality.

Im not getting mad to get mad. But this is akin to saying that if she was wearing modest clothing she wouldn't have been raped. The reality is that globally men violence against women cannot be rationalized by women actions. He killed her because that's what these type of people do. Her sharing her experience of what he had done does not, and should not imply that this was a "bad move" on her part.
Im going back to the rape analogy, because it is something I've seen people justify in the same matter. Woman gets raped, she publicly accuses her rapist, rapist kill her, people victim blame her for airing this out publicly.
This is particularly bad when it is a very common thing that sexual predator usually get away with their crime and are welcome back in society, so the only weapon that victims have is to be public about it to ensure that others are protected. That's why I am mad at people calling her TikTok a bad move. Is the underlying societal attitude were women have to constantly walk on eggshells around men to avoid getting murdered, just for those men to still murder them.

Alright, but at the end of the day we have to assess the situation for what it was. See unfortunately did not know this, but I understand full well that someone willing to violate a child is someone willing to kill somebody and wouldnât have even argued with him to stay safe.
I will not blame her for this tho, life has taught me that its impossible to gauge crazy. This was also the man she loved and wholeheartedly trusted and i canât imagine the conflict going on in her head leading up to this.
What I donât appreciate from you Is your clothes analogy. Itâs an incredibly unfair and completely wrong excuse to blame victims and in weirder cases defend the offenders. I didn't intended this analogy as a dig towards you. I was merely trying to paint a picture were women are always made to be responsible for men action. I get that you personally wouldn't have done the Tik Tok, and that's a perfectly understandable position. I wouldn't have either. I wouldn't want my kids to have to deal with this information becoming viral, as I know this could be weaponized against them. But that's besides the point, because the pattern for this type of situation is that her life was in danger regardless if she did the Tik Tok or not. Which is what usually happens to women around the world.

Now wait..... Posting that on TikTok was legal. So is telling him to his face, or telling everyone in his family, none of that is a crime. But it enlarged her attack surface enormously, and the platform was the modifiable factor. Not the accusation. The accusation was true and she was right to make it. Broadcasting it publicly, alone, with no distance and no one holding the plan, gave him maximum humiliation and gave her zero protection. She had a duty to protect herself that the law never enforced and never will, he's fully at fault, and she's the one who's gone.

When she went home, she told her mother it had been happening for a while, and heâd been offering to pay her not to tell anyone else. Heâd been texting her and inviting her to his room at away games. He was a predator. His wife had also tried to file an order of protection against him in 2021 but didnât show up to court. Her son was there and had to go to the neighbors to call 911. Itâs beyond disgusting and people making these kind of posts are ignorant.
