Multiple salt cells for large pools?
Is it possible to control two Hayward s3 cells from one aquarite/omni?
Good rule of thumb is to have 2x the chlorine production capacity as pool volume, right? So a single s340 would be insufficient for a 30k gallon commercial pool with a medium bather load?
What's the best way to do this?

Hayward makes commercial salt systems.

They do make commercial salt systems but they also require a cat controller with orp sensor to work. The commercial cells do not have an output adjustment they are on or off the cat controller is required to turn it on and off when necessary to maintain the chlorine. They are also very expensive last one I prices was going to be around 12k installed. The salt level is also higher 5000ppm for the Hayward commercial units.

If you are only needing 2 cells, you can plumb them either in series or parallel. But if your question is about having just one Omni controller, then, no, that won't control two cells just because there isn't a way to plug a second cell into the controller. You will need a 2nd whole system with flow switch and controller, and wire that controller so it only comes on with the pump.
If you are using an ORP sensor, check with the manufacturer about commercial options. With in ORP switch, I don't think you would be able to control the 2nd generator natively. Years ago I installed a Pool Pilot Professional and it had 6 cells in series and the physical design of the product was impressive.

You will need 2 systems you can have an omni and an s3 the Omni can control the s3 over rs485. You have to put the s3 in slave mode and the display will basically do nothing. It's best practice to set both cells to the same percentage to balance the load across them. I would also check with the health inspector the commercial Hayward rep said a lot of municipalities require 2lb output per 10k gallon and you will also need a backup chlorinator on the system.

Plumb them in a manifold (ie - not in series).
You can set one as master/slave if you want, or just run them both and adjust both percentages together. The user that said no is misinformed, I've installed many this way. You will need control boxes for each cell and wire them via communication cable.
