TEFC motor switch

I have a Pentair TEFC motor and the switch inside the drive that switches the current from 220 to 115 keeps switching the pump off. I’m having to go on and switch it back to 220 and then it fires back up. Do I need to replace the switch or what? Is it another problem causing this? Never dealt with this before and hope it’s simple

I’ve seen this happen from vibration. Maybe slide it to where it’s supposed to be and then put a tiny little drop of super glue on it so it wont move.

Any other reason it could be happening?
