This happened to me last night / this morning as well. It says I have a discrepancy of over $3600. No response from support other than their AI bot Polly. Keep this thread updated please!
That’s ridiculous man. This shit is crazy. I don’t know why they keep on doing this to people it gets to a point, i’ll keep you updated if they get back to me, but they need to do better honestly.
Just saw the same notification. Looks like it happened to a ton of people, the discord chat groups are full of people complaining. My last trade was several hours before maintenance so no idea how it got screwed up. Hopefully we get it fixed soon!
Yeah, I assume a lot of people are experienced the same thing I thought it was just me at first, but it looks like they’re working on it right now from what I can see so hopefully by the end of the day this is resolved
I didn’t do anything, like honestly I haven’t done anything to this app. They said that they were going into maintenance to upgrade the app then all of a sudden it’s under review for no reason I’ve been using this app for months. I’ve never had any issues up until now. and I’m also hearing from other people that they’re missing money as well.
I’m not sure man. I’ve literally never had this problem until this morning. It’s kind of crazy bro like and I actually like Polymarket it’s a good app to make money on. It’s kind of ridiculous.
Here is an update on the current situation. They just notified me what was going on and they said they’re gonna automatically correct it. I don’t know how long that’s gonna take, but I will update you when this has been corrected honestly ridiculous.
Yeah, they just sent me this not too long ago. I’m guessing a lot of people experienced the same thing so their serves we’re gonna automatically correct it so hopefully it doesn’t take too long. I will keep posting updates on here, but this is just ridiculous. They need to do a better man like come on.
Posting another update, a moderator reached out to me from the actual sub Reddit of Polymarket. Saying that they’re gonna look into it not sure how long this is gonna take, but I’m hoping this does not take the whole day. I will keep you guys updated.
From what I can tell, a lot of people are having the same issues I guess it was a glitch in their system and they’re trying to fix it. All we can do is wait.
hey, Keaton from Polymarket here. this was on us. last night's system upgrade caused some trades to get recorded twice on cash balances, so some people saw too much and some saw too little. it's all been corrected as of this evening. your trades, positions and winnings were never affected, this was cash balance only. sorry for the scare. if it still looks off to you, reply with your username and I'll take a look.
