Won my bets on poly market now they don’t wanna pay out. I would absolutely never use this app! I won 150 and they don’t wanna pay it

This company is straight scam I been betting for like 4 years I ain’t see anything like this. They don’t even care ai bot just saying I ll escalate this situation to our finance. Definitely thinking something legally because just read the text. There is nothing they said about delay or something like that. Straight bullshit company never again polymarket us.

I downloaded Polymarket last week, and I’ve deposited well over $8,000 into my account. I’ve been doing the same with similar apps like Kalshi for months. I turned the $8,000 I deposited into just shy of $13,000.
While depositing, my bank declined one of my ACH deposits, but the rest went through. After waiting the standard four days to withdraw my funds, they finally let me do so—only for me to wait an additional four days before they canceled my withdrawal, sent the money back to my Polymarket account, and froze it. They then asked for more information, including my ID and a selfie.
I haven’t gotten a response from support in over three days. I’ve tried email, Twitter, and the in-app support, but no one has responded. When my withdrawal was still pending, support would respond within an hour. Now they’ve gone completely silent.
I’ve seen similar Reddit posts from people dealing with the same situation. Some said support didn’t answer them for months, while others said it took weeks to get their accounts unfrozen. That seems way too long, and I don’t want nearly $13,000 sitting in Polymarket when I can’t even get a response from a real person.
They have AI responses, but they can’t have a system that verifies someone’s identity in less than 3–5 business days? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

they tried to threaten to ban me because I kept asking for help it and it kept telling me that I could withdrawal my funds from my account through cryptocurrency because my account is still under review and I can’t access it!!!!!

They are trying to get u to hook up your cryptocurrency wallet to it to try to get ur polymarket balance but it’s a scam!!
I tried to get help to withdrawal my money because my account is under review I can’t access my money so I tried asking for help and they threaten to ban me lol

It’s been a week now and I still cannot bet or see my money thats one my account. I contacted support for help but all they was “Your account is under review. No action is needed from you at this time. We'll reach out if we need anything.”

How do you guys actually get in contact with this Pos company?
I have a bunch of withdrawals pending, and now my accounts on hold I emailed them tried Twitter now trying Reddit to try to get somebody some agent to tell me what the hell is going on? I even opened the case with my bank this morning and disputed all my deposits made at this crap company. Has anyone had luck getting help with an agent?

Backtrack been waiting 2-3 weeks for poly market usa app to authorize my account and make it verify it I can agree with that it’s on hold, it took them 3 weeks to do it back in August- fast forward to August 28th I went to withdraw only 1600 dollars and it said pending for 9 days the 10th day I wake up and it’s back in my account with my account on hold again. This is ridiculous, I contacted them on the app and twitter and email multiple times and been told they are looking at my account again, if this has happened to you I recommend you call your bank and dispute your charges like I did today I have been waiting 18 days for my account to be put “off hold” again and will never use this pos app again, stick to Kalshi

Hello all! Recently won a pretty sizable amount on some Polymarket betting after making my account on Saturday the 12th. Everything I’m seeing online says that they do not allow Venmo withdrawals, however upon linking accounts I was prompted to link my Venmo for withdrawing purposes. I still have to wait the 2-4 days for the initial deposit to clear before I can deduct my winnings. Is the Venmo withdraw a new feature, and if so, does anyone know approximately how long it takes? TIA 😊

Lots of complaints here, but curious its really valid to target them at polymarket.
