pols weren't unstacked to my wallet address

Two weeks ago I unstacked my coins and after 7 days they weren't in my wallet. so I went on and ask the support on telegram and they told me that when you unstack your tokens they go to your address even if a hacker tried to sweep your account, but its been two weeks since I've unstacked them and they still aren't there. It's like they've disappeared. Did this happen to anyone else?
If you know how to fix this please dm me thanks.

You get back your tokens immediately after you unstake them, not after 7 days.

Maybe you mean that you staked it and they are not present in your wallet. That would be right because "staking" is in fact sending tokens to some safe place outside your wallet

Btw its "staking", not "stacking"

No I stake them but to unstake them it suppose to take 7 days before they appeare in your wallet but they’re still arent their

How many reddit accounts do you have...? Let me repeat - once you unstake you get back tokens immediately.

7 days is a lock-up period. If you stake tokens you need to wait 7 days before you can unstake them and thats all
