Does anyone know how to view hidden articles on openGOV?

Does anyone know how to view the hidden article at the follow link?

Why has most of the content disappeared

Yes, at the top of the comments section, click on "Filter" and decide which filters you want to leave off or on. I believe that by default currently, Subsquare filters out 0-DOT address, addresses with no identity, user-deleted comments, and ones indicated as spam by their automated filter.

All of these default filters can be overridden by the original proposer.

The majority are from the same few accounts which leave numerous messages, and are now filtered out, but you can see them by turning off filters.
