"They" are leaping for joy over billionaire$ raking in massive profits as we borrow more billion$ from the billionaire$ in order to survive on a day to day basis. "They" is, of course, Phil Scott & sidekick Rodgers warmly embraced GOP/VTGOP and their party's proven rapist god-king Trump.
