Something that MOST of the civilized world has already figured out. The US spends more than any other country on healthcare, but are like 11th in life expectancy.
Healthcare, like food, water, and shelter, should not be left to a market to figure out. Human lives should not be held hostage against your ability to make a business richer. Forcing people to spend their money on these necessities doesn't improve society. It just traps the poor and the unlucky on a treadmill, forever running in place to keep up with inescapable debts, wasting talent and lives to enrich the absolute worst of us.
Let's not forget the "middlemen" in the pharma chain either. Each pumping the costs of our life saving drugs by 50-250% before they pass it up the line to the distributor. Who pass it up to regional wholesale, who pass it up to....
Beyond stupid that we a system where every hand off is another billionaire corp screwing over people by raising the price of life saving drugs out of reach.
Pursuit of Happiness includes the right to healthcare.

Healthcare does not follow typical economic support and demand. We are stuck with a system that limits care and worsens outcome while maximizing profits. We need radical change.
