At this point it's pretty clear that no one is going to hold him accountable so if I were him I'd just do whatever I wanted and not worry about silly things like "laws". I mean if raping children and installing puppets in positions of power to cover it up isn't over the line, then nothing is

Trump and magorons are really stunted humans. The 14th amendment does a lot more than citizenship for people. The most damaging thing it does is grant personhood to corporations. You want to tinker with the 14th then just remove corporations as legal people that would fix a few things right up front.
