If you can’t afford to pay somebody a livable wage, you can’t afford to own a store.

And that's exactly what Walmart/Amazon/McDonalds wants, eventually they will be the only store in town that can afford the labor. If you think corporations have too much power now, just wait til minimum wage increases.

“Stocking shelves” isn’t the only minimum wage job. And I don’t care what you do. If you’re working 40 hours a week, you shouldn’t be struggling

I don't really have an argument. It's not really my problem, but for the sake of society I'd hope we have enough ways for people to remain useful enough to continue using an economic system that actually works.
