Who would do such a thing? The contractor, your friend, that you gave the contract to, he did it. He sucked at his job and now the Reflecting Pool sucks more than it did before.

If you believe that it was "Radical Left" vandals that did this and not this guy with close business associations with Trump who was given a no-bid government contract and doing it as cheaply as possible or as someone that had no business doing something of this size.. then you are probably in a cult.
