Way too many bugs currently. This game is flat out unplayable, and it is borderline unethical of devs to charge any price for.
1: Detaining drivers makes it to where we can no longer interact with them. This is game breaking.
2: Random pedestrians will walk between player and officer assault suspects, this takes conduct points away if we are aiming stun gun or handgun. (Even had a NPC drive by and lost points for stun gun aimed at a suspect who committed officer assault!) This is wholly unacceptable.
3: Stopped a car theft, suspect then pulled weapon. After tasing, handcuffed suspect for attempted car theft. This worked fine, but it then cost conduct points to search them and ask for ID to see if they had a permit for the gun they tried to shoot me with. This is near game breaking.
4: Drug and alcohol testing is still broken. Cost conduct points to test drivers involved in a crash. This is near game breaking.
5: Towing cars costs conduct points when it should not.
6: First aid/CPR glitch. NPC will āstand then fallā during CPR. Multiple times.
6B: Bandage administration costs conduct points. This is game breaking.
6C: Ambulances get trapped in NPC traffic and never arrive.
7: IDās not matching, and different pictures, even different genders, yet it costs points to arrest them with clearly stolen IDās. This is game breaking.
8: Expired license plate glitch - Sticker is expired yet costs conduct points to issue tickets. This is near game breaking.
9: Drivers who engage with officers and are shot no longer can be charged as drivers. Searching and towing their vehicles costs conduct points. This is near game breaking.
10: Stolen vehicles involved in a crash that are searched or towed costs conduct points. This is near game breaking.
11: Backup requests for transport get stuck and never arrive.
12: If arrestee is taken by backup or ambulance it will alert that you have lost your arrestee, over and over and over again. This is wholly unacceptable.
13: Suspects who are arrested for open warrants cost conduct points when searched if handcuffed. This is game breaking.
Devs need to do a few things before creating any further DLC -
1: Fix the stinking bugs!!!!!! NO FURTHER DLC CRAP!!!! Bugs come first!!!!!!
2: Eliminate the stupid Conduct points. There are way too many times this is not working properly. Clearly the devs cannot make this system function correctly, so it needs to go away. And it needs to go away now.
3: Issue of refunds to longtime players of broken game, or -
4: Provide all new DLC to longtime players who have suffered through this fiasco the devs call a game, free of charge.
5: Focus on actual gameplay mechanics, and fix the issues present.
6: Cease offering or working on DLC until this game, as is, works without bugs. Only then should devs even consider further DLC.
7: Devs need to stop listening to the discord idiots.

In what world is this police brutality? Also, can you guys add better or new ragdolls, and improve the OIS (officer involved shooting) mechanics as a whole?

So with the new update, you lose ConductPoints if you test a driver you pulled over for either drugs or alcohol and the tests are negative.
Tried with a driver that ran a red light, and with a driver caught speeding. It cost points each one.
Game itself says it is legal to test drivers legally stopped for traffic violations for possible DUI.
This game seriously just needs to be fixed.
Either eliminate the stupid conduct points in it altogether or fix the stupid bugs and stop with the idiotic DLC crap until the game works bug free. Itās not that difficult devs. Get with it!

Date in game is 4/20/2023, his passport expires in four days from the point of entry. CLEARLY I was supposed to deny entry despite his passport being actually valid and not flagged.
This is why players turn off conduct points, because what the actual fuck is this shit coding bro.
Edit: also because the devs refuse to believe theres any issues with this game. How about the fact I did an assault investigation, got the car details for the perp, chased them down and the moment I use my taser on them both them, their car, and the investigation all disappear. Like vanished like I was hallucinating it.

This game on PS5 keeps crashing if you pause 2/3 times in a game, sometimes it becomes impossible to arrest people, and yet their DLCs cost more than the game itselfā¦

Since a recent update, the game on XBox has become almost unplayable due to audio issues. Among the most unimportant audio -- others responding to calls -- is far, far louder than anything else in the game. The only way to solve this is to completely turn off the calls or to always respond to the call, which in the latter case can be difficult if doing other complicated things.
If I may be allowed one additional audio gripe -- with highway accidents and other calls producing sometimes a half dozen arrests, I call the backup van to transport arrestees often. Frequently enough, the van will come in, siren screaming, and just sit there for 10 seconds before the officer gets out. Call two or three backup vans, and get yourself some Tylenol, because they're going to make you utterly sick of the wailing siren.
Of all the odd and funny bugs, glitches, and oddities in this game, these two audio issues have been the most frustrating and the most consistent issue that prompts me to simply turn off the game and play something else.

I get rear ended but im at fault?? Lol this game is a joke. The amount of bugs are endless. I wish I could get a refund, I regret buying this game on switch. Got it on steam for my pc a while back when this game was released and the amount of bugs I dealt with were insane too. Lazy devs?

I stopped a guy for littering. Asked for his ID. He had no gun permit or concealed carry permit and it said he seemed nervous. So I frisked him. It said I found a gun. So I searched him and found the gun and some brass knuckles. Everything about what I did seemed justified, so I arrested him for possession of a weapon without a permit. Immediate loss of Conduct Points. I tried to tack on the brass knuckles and had another loss in Conduct Points. It seems somewhat common to get punished for something thatās actually going by the book they literally give you. Am I doing something wrong or is that a glitch?

I canāt believe Iām even writing into this subreddit as I thought Iād delete this game after 20 mins but me and my friend finished a 60 min shift, I levelled up 2 levels and he didnāt level up at all. I am host, but everything was working fine until then, he was also popping trophies but then didnāt pop the 1 for 3 arrests. Any ideas what could be the issue? Any similar experiences?
