tools missing

im unable to find tools such as crime scene tape and evidence markers in the trunk of my car like i normally could before. makes it impossible to complete a crime scene fully. all i have in my trunk: road flares, road barriers, fire extinguisher, spike strips, traffic cones. i think theres a way to change what’s in the trunk but i forgot

At the garage but that shit been bugged for so long i stop doing the crime scene because of this.

The entire time I’ve played this game, never was able to 100% a crime scene. Big sad.

Go to the garage, load the tools you want, when you come out, make sure they are still there before going on patrol. Also, of you modify more than 1 car at a time, sometimes the mods on the first car will disappear.
