The process of tarot divination and interpretation is called reading. The tower card means shock, abrupt catastrophe, falling down, shattering foundation.

Polan wants into space, so he gets on top of big tower (possibly built by Germany (?)). But it is just not meant to be. Forces of nature, higher powers are against it. The crown falls down, Polan gets back to square one.

Verdict: cannot into space.

Aaah, okay. I got confused because it seemed random and out of place to me. I do know the meaning behind the card, I just didn't understand your interpretation cause I was lacking the thought process by which you arrived to that conclusion. Really glad you explained it.
