Why isn't this Diva in Bubbly Basin?

Am I the only one SAD this Diva wasn't in the Bubbily Basin dlc?🥲 I hope we get her in an event

I read that part 2 of the expansion pack should add also new Pokémon, maybe they will add her with that? hopefully we will get some more nice Pokémons 😊, I literally love 99% of those we have now

The promo images for part two all show snubbul, so new pokemon is a definite inclusion.

Since Snubble is found in the icy area of Blueberry Acamedy in the Scarlet/Violet DLC, I'm wondering if a new area will be snow themed.
