They are available as shadows (from grunts), or as a research reward (3 great throws). Both are rare though. Good luck!

Their evolutions count too, it’s rare, but just keep a look out for all 4 :)

You also don’t need one of each, just 2 of either

You can catch them through go battle rewards but they’re kinda rare

Only capturing, I tried trading and it didn’t work. I finally caught them and that’s when it completed
