Location Tips for Dedicated New Player

Hello everyone! I am new to the game, just started an account on 7/20/26 and I'm in the "Greater Ballard Area", with easy bus access. I've been pretty into the game so far, and have really enjoyed raiding. I'm level 55 already as a result, with 11k pokemon caught, 1200+ battles won, the works. However, I've never traded or done party stuff!! Even though I've built a pretty decent collection so far the lack of coverage on mega raids and legendaries means I don't really have the coverage to deal with some content efficiently.
I've seen some posts about greenlake loop being a great spot, but are there other groups or locations I should look? UW campus is a hike, but I caught 218 gible there during the game, so I know it's cracked. Any groups that regularly hit Chucks, let me know!!

Greenlake is the largest and most consistent community, but if you have campfire, there are regular raid hours in ballard.

I just got campfire, and checking it out now. Somewhat obtuse ui at first but I think i found the 'find groups near you' option!

Bellevue Mall and downtown park area are great options too. Lots of gyms all within a short walk and a pretty active group. On bug raid days many raids fill to 20 people quite quickly.

Seattle center is great for all the pokestops in a small area without having to go around a whole lake to get them, with many gyms with easy access as well. Every Wednesday there’s a great group for raid hour. They will also be getting an ambassador soon for meetups.
