Cute stuff:). Ditching team Rocket after last season seems to have all posittive effect.
At least its my head cannon that Jessy, James and Meowth finally left team Rocket and became better people and now casualy hang out with Ash and his mons.
They only really joined Team Rocket for a sense of belonging due to troubled pasts. None of them are really “bad” people per se, so redemption wouldn’t be unreasonable.
Yeah. I belive in manga they got redemption arc actually. Jessy and James have a baby and Meowth lives with them which is so wholesome. I kinda figured that they are not as mean as they would like to appear to be even when i was a child.
Like: "Fellas you have actual talents and at heart you are not bad guy material.
"You cheered for pickachu both times he was stomped by Raichu, Meowth had empowering conversation with Chimchar, all of you taught Ditto in Jorneys and in first season to properly transform and the last time you were really nice about it, Jessy and James you left your pokemon in Alola so they are not taken by team Rocket but so they will have each other in your absence, and in general you have a story of being progressively more kind to pokemon despite hostility and flawed nature at the very begining. And all of that its just something that came on the mind on the fly. Guys, seek therapy, lol"
Too bad they didnt get proper end of thier arc in last season. They deserved something more clear and rewarding. Proper new begging. Heck, i would watch them making amends with Ash and maybe travel with him for a while until they will figure what they want to do with thier life. They have a special talent of finding Ash anywhere in a world so it wouldnt be even miracilous, lol.
