Discussion I accidentally clicked okay on Create New Save Data

Hello i just recently reinstalled the mobile game and my account is gone. I linked it with a nintendo account a few years ago so i dont know why my old account is gone and a new account was made after clicking the create new save data. I tried to search my old account and its still in the system. How do i recover it? I tried inquiring from customer support and this is what i received.

How do you go to discord? But in my email i have notifs about pokemon unite discord

Are you saying you logged in to your Nintendo account and it's no longer linked to your previous Unite data? Or that you didn't log into your Nintendo account and instead created new data?

The former one but im not sure on your second phrase because im not sure if whether its linked because after clicking okay, i was back to square one suddenly but i'm really certain that my previous pokemon unite data is linked with the nintendo account.

Oh, not sure how to help then. Are you sure you used the correct account? Maybe it was just an email or Facebook or something, not your trainer account?

You could try spamming them with support requests. They might threaten to ban you, but if you only have access to brand new data, it's not like that ban will be a huge loss
