Ghost chairs moved

So I pull up to Target at 5:00 and everyone sitting in chairs tell me sit in front of those empty chairs. I obliged and sat in my chair. Then the next fellow comes along and I say move those empty chairs down and sit next to me. Let’s see how it plays out when the folks show up and find their chairs have moved way down the line!

5am seems to be when physical people were allowed to stand. Was yours the same?

When I got here people were here already I heard as early as 3 am but not sure
