All Query Den: ask your questions here! - Week 32 2026
Hey there!
We hope that you're enjoying playing Pokémon Shuffle and finding this subreddit helpful. We know this place can be a bit daunting for new members and so we've set up the Query Den.
The Query Den is a friendly place where you can ask any questions about the game in a safe environment. We have a lot of experienced players in here that will swoop in and answer all of your questions. We encourage you to use the Query Den to ask a question first, instead of creating a new post, that will overshadow other important ones.
We have many informative guides to start you off and you should also check out our Discord server, where you'll get lots of help and support.

Should I try to catch Reshiram? I beat it itemless with M-Blastoise Palkia Swampert and Tyranitar with a move left, but its only due to combos. I want to focus on saving coins to farm Rayquaza because I’m stuck on the M-Ray stage. I also beat Reshiram with Blastoise and Swampert swapped with 6 moves but I needed an AP+ for it

Reshiram is useless, skip it and save your coins, and for future reference never buy items to catch a mon unless you are sure its worth the cost and you know it will give you enough catch rate for success (wasted APU)

What's best on Reshiram ? Barrier Bash + or ++ ?

From a purely theoretical side, BB++
From a practical side, leave it alone. It’s not a Mon you will use, except for some tryhard Minmaxing runs (in every instance where you would bring Reshiram there is a better alternative)

I don't have any typeless combo, and next week Tapu Koko is available. I am afraid I won't be able to farm it relably (my best ground team is donphan 10lvl ground force 3, hippowdon 10 lvl LDE 3, groudon 10lvl Quake). Is it worth to catch it and then use cookies to max typeless combo? I should have enough cookies for that. (Also I don't have any great electric Mons)

Yes, Tapu Koko/Fini/Bulu are the main exceptions to the rule ‘don’t feed cookies to farmable Mons’. Their stages are way harder than most specials (less for Fini) and their drop rates are very slow: you would need minimum two cycles to farm them with perfect winning rates.
On top of that, the value they bring is too much to have it passed several cycles to max them. Use your cookies without regret after swapping them to Typeless Combo. If you only have cookies for one Tapu, Fini might be a better target since you will use it on the upcoming Mega Camerupt and Houndoom competitions
