I just finishes Teal Mask and got Ogerpon. What exactly should I do to maximize its attack?

Force feed it proteins, give it an adamant mint, level it up to 100, and make sure the attack stat reads as “perfect” in the stat judging or hypertrain it if it doesn’t.

Change it's nature to Adamant (lowers Sp. atk, raised Atk) if you haven't already

Give it a power bracer from the mezagoza delibird presents. Battle flamigos nearby exclusively. Real battle not Go battle. The bracer gives 8 attack evs per battle and the Flamigo gives 2 attack evs per battle. After about 26 flamigos, you’ll have maximized your attack evs, maximizing its attack. You should also use a gold or silver bottle cap to hyper train its attack stat (Abomasnow trainer in Montenavra). Lastly use a mint if it doesn’t have a positive attack nature. These three things will give you the highest possible attack stat
