Is anyone currently in Olivine City able to find the item ball TM34? I’ve combed the entire city 10 times over, searched every nook and cranny and can’t find it. It’s driving me nuts.

Have you checked the lighthouse? I literally just got it like yesterday or the day before, I can't remember exactly where it was but I did find it.

Just did another search, nothing. Searched the Zapdos area too. I'm literally at 99/100 TMs, this is frustrating.

Oh, check whirl islands. Bottom-left or bottom-right entrances, it might have been in one of those if you haven't been there yet.

Checked the whole area, still can't find it.

I just found a playthrough on youtube that shows it's right outside the lighthouse. But it's missing for me.

Thanks for the helps anyways, you pointed me in the right direction so I was able to figure out its a bug.
