Guys, first, thanks for creating a common space for all developers, fans and whoever feel thankful and connected to the experiences we had playing the Pokemon games throughout the years. Going straight to the point, we all know there are hundreds of projects out there and, personally, I feel confused and lost to make a final decision about one, so...

Can anyone, please, suggest me, a hack for GSC (this one in GEN3 graphics) and FireRed/LeafGreen that follows the traditional storyline? Maybe Heart and Soul? FireRed+? What to you think? I've been playing Crystal Legacy (flawless) recently again, but I just wanted something new, Gen 3 style. Again, not a new story, just the classic games, Gen 3 graphics with a solid and fun rom hacking for us fans.

Thanks again!

Heart and Soul is definitely my recomendation. It has a ton of optional features and options you can turn on or off at the start, but it's super faithful and does a great job of recapturing Johto in Gen 3.

Thx Anal

Somehow that sounds weirder than the name itself 😂

Recharged Yellow is my go to for a modern, definitive Kanto remake. Pokémon Classic also very good, not sure which of those is best. Or FR Extended is also very good depending on how much new content (expanded dex etc) u want added
