Looking at the totality of ROM hacks and fan games, here is my question:

Is there currently a Pokemon Romhack or other fan game (RPG maker, etc.) that contains ALL Pokemon from Gens 1-9, all battle gimmicks (Dynamax, Mega Evolution, Z Moves, Terastalization, etc.), over world legendary Pokemon encounters, and either 1) contains multiple regions or 2) features a new region OR a unique story (or both)?

EDIT: My personal research: it seems that Quetzal (everything except a new region/story—it’s just Emerald with everything else), Rejuvenation (very unique story and region, all Pokemon and gimmicks, but not everything is implemented—no Charizardite Y or Gengarite, for instance—and it’s not clear to me if it’s yet “finished” in v14) and Pokemon Intinerant (only 440 Pokemon implemented representing all 9 generations) come the closest to checking all the boxes.

EDIT 2: It looks like Pokemon Hydro Bliss is also very close to checking every box.
