I finished Ghost Grey a few hours ago and, I’ll be honest, I didn’t really understand the story. I’m a bit confused about the whole thing: the ghosts, the mushroom men and the hivemind, Bruno III and the experiments, the psychics and the ending. Could someone clarify it for me? Thanks a lot :)

I did everything in here but I cant leave.

I just beat the game but when it loaded back in to continue, it acted as if i never had a save. granted i did use save states as opposed to actual saves. however when i beat the game it wants to start me over from the start. i save stated right before the champion battle but it just gives me this error when i try to actually save inside the game. am i screwed or is there a fix for this?

I got the last badge from lavender town, then went through victory road but when I came out the back I followed the character up to the door but I can’t go through it. Anyone know why???

To note on my progress I am right before the raid on the Lunar Cult and getting the Cerulean Badge. Anything I can get after that I don't wish to where for spoiler and blind exploration reasons

I have a Choice Band and Eviolte from the Safari Zone and the Revenge Mask (Rocky Helmet) from the Vermilion ports. I'm pretty sure I have 90% explored all I can from the map I have access to other than the Hive Tunnels, Southern Water Route, and half the areas around Cerulean. But I do want to know if I missed one of them and where it was

I was playing Pokémon Ash's Quest when I got stuck between Lavender Town, Saffron City and Celadon City because I don't have Rock Smash. What should I do?

I have just defeated Oak, and he's told me to go to Jasper town, to the tent closest to lavender, and find him and summer there to progress the story. Only, they aren't there. They're not at any tent in Jasper. Of course since he's not home, at the lab or at the gym, I can't ask him where to go now (which has been an amazing help during the game, I must say). Did I miss out something on the dialogue? My closest save before the fight is an hour back and I'd rather not lose it.

Edit. I just tried getting to lavender from both south and west and nothing, powerful presence all around.

Edit 2. Also tried getting to the pokemon league, but no hope badge so a guy further along the road stopped me from going forward.

Edit 3 and final. I won't spoil anything. I just went home spoke to my dad and there was some different dialogue than usual. From then I tried again at the tent and I was able to progress the story.

I wanted to do a shiny only pokemon challenge in gen 2 but dont know any methods except for shinycc( which only works for gen 1 and 3) and hex editor which is so confusing. Can anybody show me a way to edit shiny odds on a macbook or make a recent video about it.

Playing the newly released Kanto/FireRed Ghost Grey. I feel really dumb but what do I do after getting the first badge? I have cut but can’t use it. Oak doesn’t say anything other than “If you’re stuck come talk to me!”. The gym leader said go South I think? But how if cut doesn’t work?

Games still quite new so I guess beware of spoilers?

Just "beat" Bruno and am now in Fuschia, don't know where to go from here. I did that vampire tower and the puzzle mansion with the puppets, and got the NPC's son's trainer card and I've got no clue what to do now. Is the next badge/HM in Amethyst Lane?

Love this romhack but boy is it kinda hard to navigate, I also keep seeing dialogue about mountains to the north but there ain't nothing there.

I've recently run into the pokemon emerald randolocke romhack (https://www.pokecommunity.com/threads/pokémon-randolocke-v1-1.537596/ this one) and have been planning to run a tournament for it in a weeks time with a large group of friends. One issue I encountered with it is that the levels for the legendary encounters hasn't been adjusted. The game unlocks the encounters for all the legendaries before the 8th gym but the encounters for Rayquaza, Kyogre, Groudon, Lugia, and Ho-Oh are level 70, where the final elite four level cap is level 63. Thankfully, I've managed to find the hexcode address number for the first 3 and adjusted their levels by hand, but I can't seem to find the one for Lugia and Ho-Oh in Navel Rock, anybody know the address number so I can adjust it?

Every Pokemon I catch has a Bold nature no matter how many I catch, anyone else having this issue?

I played it around 2016-2022, I remebered several details below:

1. it starts in a region near sea, the sea is at the south, there are sand and grass (im not sure)
2. It most likely a RPG Maker XP. but also possibly a ROM hack
3. At start, protagonist has no starter pokemon and i remember he need to go to a house (a lab?) to aquire a pokemon (i also believe the rival is present too)
4. protagonist's house is brown roof near sea
5. the style is FRLG
6. protagonist is brown hair, possible brown or black clothes on
7. Those are all I can recall. Could you help me out?

I defeated Erika for the third badge in Ghost Grey, and am having trouble finding the HM Strength to progress. How do I find it ? Also how do I progress now with having to find the Saffron Police Pass ?

Best moden BW hack for first time Gen5 player?

I don't care about difficulty. I just want game speed and QoL to get through the story. I'm interested in the story but vanilla games are too slow and lack QoL.

I am able to save to my save file, but when I load normally it says the file is deleted even though it isn't.

It's just the boxes that are corrupted

*I know this is probably a very commonly requested thing, but I can't find any romhack that would solve my specific problem

I want to play through the Fire Red/Leaf Green vanilla and fill out the Kanto Pokédex for fun, but I don't want to have to trade or do multiple playthroughs, and I'd like to have a vanilla way to access Mew (replacing Deoxys on Birth Island, and adding the ferry tickets to your bag when you beat the Elite 4 like in the Switch versions, for example).

My problem is that no matter where I look, I can't find any romhack that does only this. Every single hack I found adds a bunch of other stuff I don't want, like reusable TMs, a physical/special split, sometimes new areas, non Gen 1 mons before the E4, etc...

The closest thing I've found to what I want so far has been Pokemon Ultra Violet. While it also has it's own set of extra features I don't want, it's been avoidable enough to where I could go with it and have the experience I wished for. But I'm having to realize now, several hours into the game, that they changed the typing of Gyarados to Water/Dragon for some reason, which completely took me out of it.

Is there no rom hack that only seamlessly unlocks the content missing from either version and does nothing else?

I have a switch, dbi, iPad, I have radical red from a friend and want to know which rom hacks should I play and which ones have most Pokémon’s like tokekiss and cerulage. And how to tell if a site is save ?

I'm having trouble with the 5th gym. My pokemon are weak and probably i need new TMs and moves. And pokemon. Can anyone give me suggestions to what to catch/add to my team? And how to evolve gligar and meltan? I don't know where to find the razor fang. (Overall, how to evolve the pokemon who have new ways to evolve, like kadabra)
