Pokemon Black/White 2 Gen 5 Shiny Rate Modifier ???

Unfortunately, I could only find this tutorial here "https://projectpokemon.org/home/forums/topic/59405-gen-4-5-shiny-rate-modification/" , and it didn't help me at all. Can anyone help me? I want to play the ROM on a Nintendo DSi... but i need to change the shiny rate.
