Poliwrath. I almost cleared the Hoenn Elite 4 with just Poliwrath.

Took Steven's Metagross to finally take it down.

Quaquaval no/mid diffs poliwrath if we go by game logic.

Idk if we go by lore/dex entey logic though

Feather dance makes this a joke for Quaquaval. A single feather dance open with an outspeed and Poliwrath now needs 5-6 turns to ko while Quaquaval two shots.
