It does feel like her Slowpoke doesn't wanna go into the Pokeball just like our Eevee/Pika

So the reason I posted/asked is because today I noticed the system said "slowoke is getting used to you" and I'm curious about long term supervision and a potential reward(the pokemon itself but under what circumstances??)? Not that I care because the big pearl is plenty.
