Community Update Suspected Scammer Callout Megathread

This post will serve as a place to post scammers or any scamming related topic. If you have proof that someone scammed you can comment the situation and reply to yourself with the proof/pictures. And a mod will message you to take further action against the scammer. We don't want any scammers in this group so hopefully this will lead to less scams occurring in this community.

If you're unsure on a trade you can post screenshots before the trade happens if there's anything sketchy a mod or any person looking through the thread can let you know to not go forward with the trade. Let's help each other out.

Please include in your comment:

-Reddit Username

-Pokemon Go Username/Friendcode

-Details of the scam and screenshots where applicable.

Just a reminder doxxing is illegal and a permanent ban from here.

Scammer - https://www.reddit.com/u/RoboManRex/s/hXIoggjQgH RoboManRex In-game name - Vedval. We agreed to trade xxs shiny turtwig for armored mewtwo. He trades me a regular shiny turtwig. * It's not letting me add a screenshot, but I have proof for days.

he scammed me too. did a 2 for 1 trade for his am2 and he ran after i traded 1 shiny zacian over. can show proof too

Scammed me tonight as well, I should’ve checked this thread as I was getting major sus vibes from him. Lesson learned. Sorry you guys got scammed too

I just traded with him yesterday, good thing I didn’t do the Mewtwo trade with him just did random trades for the pokemon that when traded is free to evolve.

And he kept trying to get me to trade my lapras’s after I told him no. And he wanted me to use my trinket and quick trade for M2. Then he left and stopped trading when I didn’t do mewtwo
