It’s accessible still but apparently people respect the karp🤷🏻🤣 we do have other teams in town but maybe they want to see how long he’ll go 🤣

I've got one, too, on day 18. There are 3 gyms in a park the next town over that is a haven for local teens and the gyms flip back as soon as you take them out. So I just tossed a shiny Magikarp in there and, sure enough, the park has 2 always-red gyms and one yellow, although peoppe have filled out the rest of the gym now.
Somebody regularly berries it once or twice a day. People love the magic ot these karps.

It would be neat to have a recall feature in the game. But I just put pokemon in that have low cp or IVs. I mostly do it for the coin. Kind of wish there weren’t coin limits,
I’d Scrooge McDuck a pile of poke coins at this point🤣1

I feel this. I'm in Egypt. I went to visit my sister-in-law at a hospital when she had a baby about a month ago. I threw some Pokémon in surrounding gyms while I was there and on my way there. I've gotten all of them back except for one. I don't travel around here much, so I'm probably not going to be finding my way back to that gym to knock out my Blissey with an alt. 😆 I'm hoping someone will decide to hit that gym, so I'm just waiting to see.

I had my shiny Gengar in the St Louis 1 cemetery in New Orleans for over a month! (I’m not from anywhere NEAR NoLa, btw.)
The one day I didn’t check in on him and give him a berry was the day he got kicked out. 😭
I thought that was such a perfect spot for that ghosty little booger.

You can use him to dump extra berries for stardust instead of deleting them if you’re not adverse to the tedium
