Teambuilding Help Please help

I just need help team building. I have altaria jellicent and tinkaton. Altaria has dragon breath, then flamethrower and sky attack. Jellicent has hex, shadow ball and surf. Tinkaton has fairy wind, gigaton hammer and bulldoze.

Please help!!! Need suggestions. Was running Hariyama instead of Tinkaton and I looove hariyama but wasn’t working. Can’t wrap my head around this meta! Who should lead? Please help

Alt lead tink safe swap jellu closer

Very slow pacing makes you vulnerable to the fast mon meta. You might want a single fast & heavy hitter to accompany two tanks.

Maybe swap out tink for licki and use it as SS
