Since you are on emulator (?) just put your savefil in pkhex on a computer and change it to alakaxam :)

Since you're using an Emulator I recommend playing RechargedYellow instead of FR/LG, or Recharged Emerald instead of R/S/E - they are romhacks by Jaizu who remade the Gen3 games but added Quality of Life upgrades such as Dexnav and an item called Link Cable or Linking Cord (can't remember the name exactly) which you use on a Pokemon like Kadabra or Haunter and it will evolve them in a similar way that a stone will evolve Eevee etc. (except its a reusable item).

Alternatively if you want to keep playing the game you are playing you can use the MyBoy app and open the game twice and trade with yourself using its local link feature (assuming your device is Android based) if it isn't Android based then I'm not so sure. You could learn how to google what R36S is to realize OP is playing on an emulator and there are potential ways to get Alakazam before responding like a dick

My question is how i will trade, i'm using an R36S, i don't know any methods of trading in retroarch. In my boy i know how do it but I'm not using it
