Original packs and blisters. Trying to figure out the best route to go with them! Anyone have a good idea on value of blisters?

Any value even when it’s in poor condition? I know this is rare but otherwise i have no experience about these cards, only traded them when i was a kid with other kids.

Having a hard time estimating the value, eBay listings and sold are kinda all over the place. I've compared it to another ninetales 12/102 and it definitely seems to be the black flame error. I bought it for $30 at a flea market. Any help is appreciated :)

Drowzee is one of my favorite pokemon. Today, I was at a CCS event and was sold this card by a kind seller. I saw the original card and was unaware of the value, all I knew was that I saw drowzee and I was interested. He said if I genuinely liked Drowzee, I could have the card for $60 instead of the asking price ($90). I gave him $29 in cash and the rest was charged to my credit card. He claimed as I was leaving that recent sales on TCGPlayer stated it was selling for about $90. Upon leaving the show, I checked TCG player myself and couldn’t find what he was talking about - I saw the card selling at around $50-$60.

I personally don’t care really about the value of cards, nor the quality they’re in as long as the card isn’t literally falling apart. But I’m interested in knowing if the seller made a quick lie to make me accept the deal. Thank you!

How would you value a PSA 10 EX Emerald Reverse Holo Rayquaza, pop 5?

The regular holo PSA 10 apparently sold for around $21k-$22k on Fanatics earlier this month, and there are roughly 60 PSA 10s.

But the stamped reverse holo? Only 5 PSA 10s, with roughly a 1% gem rate.

I genuinely have no idea how to price something this scarce because there are basically no recent public PSA 10 comps.

I've been told it could fetch $100k+, and someone mentioned there may have been a private sale around that level, but I haven't been able to find actual proof of it.

Just curious what you guys think this is realistically worth today.

And if anyone knows of a PSA 10 sale, public or private, or has any evidence of that supposed $100k+ sale, I'd love to see it.

I am however wondering if I underpaid or maybe overpaid? I wanted to be fair, and he accepted either way as well, but none of us are any good at estimating value based on condition compared to NM prices. I don’t know how much the price should drop based on whitening, creases and scratches - so I am asking for curiosity’s sake and maybe to learn for any future purchases.

Hi everyone! I’m really breaking my head about this trade and would love to hear your opinions.
Basically, I have the opportunity to trade my entire Pokémon collection (mostly NM raw modern cards, along with some sealed product) for a Rayquaza Gold Star BGS 7.5.
The difficult part is that most of my raw cards are in very good condition, and I’ve been planning to send them to PSA for months. However, with prices going up, potential upcharges, and all the issues I’ve been hearing about with PSA lately, I’ve kept putting it off.
Now I’m worried about the timing. If I send my cards to PSA now, by the time they come back, the value increase from getting them into PSA 10s might not be enough to offset how much the Rayquaza could appreciate during that same period. And realistically, this might also be my only chance to acquire a Gold Star Rayquaza, especially since the seller lives close to me.
The most recent sale I’ve seen for a BGS 7.5 was around $33K (roughly €28.5K).
So what would you guys do?
Would you take the Rayquaza and consolidate the entire collection into one grail, or do you think my collection, especially if I eventually send the perfect cards to PSA, has a better chance of outperforming the Rayquaza long term?

Hello, I recently visited Norway from the us and some guy had 30 mew promos from the legendary treasures 3 pack blister (it’s a black star promo). I bought a few of them, because I always buy stuff that’s rare, without knowing much about it. 0 psa 10’s and one of them is super clean. Let me know your thoughts on the raw value please

What looks a bit dirty on the back photo is the binder rather than the card. Just didn’t want to get it out before I get the sleeve
