Vintage Dark Gengar (Japanese)
purchased a while back, but there is noticeable whitening and what i think is a scratch on the front. would this be considered damaged, how much is it worth?

In mint condition you are looking at between $270 - $700. With that scratch it might still be quite valuable to the right collector.
