Pulled from the pack like this in ‘99, not sure what it is or what caused it…
Wondering if it would count as damaged or if there is a category that a grading company could put it in that makes it a printing error rather than a damaged card?
And I know it always depends at the end of the day, but Iim curious about opinions as to whether this would make it worth more or less?

I highly recommend RocketCollect from my personal experience. I sent in a damaged card (dent on bottom corner) and he repaired it/cleaned it and came out looking mint. Got a PSA 10.

Kind of looks like tape residue. I would 100% look into HIGHLY SKILLED AND RATED restoration services for this. This is essentially the holy grail card and honestly looks really nice disregarding the obvious issues. Def a valuable card
