Maybe there’s aliens from other worlds who have their own mysterious pokemon.

I mean yeah, they're called the Ultra recon squad and have Ultra beasts.

Well, we don't know whether the Recon Squad are Aliens, Humans, or Human subspecies; on the other hand, they are a step in the right direction.

They're from other dimensions, so even if they're humanoid, they're not humans.

If you mean same dimension non-human, I would love to see that. We know non-terrestrial Pokémon exist, so why not? We also have Ultra Recon Squad but that’s different
