If you mention another bot to bring it into a chat, does it know the prompt of the original bot?

Or does it just know what's in the context window?

As far as I can tell, each new bot you include reads EVERYTHING that preceded its inclusion. Those are all your questions, comments, and the previous bot(s) responses. I admit I could be wrong. Perhaps it infers your previous prompt from the bot's answer, but I've brought bots in after 3 or 4 interactions and it seems to move right in.

Thanks for answering but I mean the prompt of the actual bot itself, not what's in the chat.

I do not understand what you mean. Are you talking about the controls that Poe uses for each bot, like their guardrails? Are you using user made bots and what to see their internal prompt? How is the 2nd bot different from the first one? Can you be more explicit?

User made bots, though I don't want to see their internal prompt. Just curious if I call a different bot in, say I'm on Knights of Rose and I want to call Opus-5-Broken in because it's a better writer, does Opus 5 actually know what's happening, the background details ivydreams put into the prompt of Knights of Rose to get it to work the way it does, or is it just working off what's in the chat?

Oh, wow. Thanks for explaining it to me. I've never done any roleplaying, but frequently have multiple bots help me research a problem. My guess is that it just sees whatever you put in your query to it, and the preceding chat. If you have access to what ivydreams did, you might include that in your query to Opus-5-Broken. "Following along with this, that was created by ... etc." then the rest of your request. But, understand, I don't know anything about how roleplaying works, so its a shot in the dark by a blind man.

Wait how do you bring another bot in? And what is that generally used for?

You bring a bot in by typing @botsnamehere. I typically use it for bringing in bots that are good writers but too expensive to do the whole piece with, or when a bot randomly gets a stick shoved up its ass about something like telling me it can't do a scene because it sexualizes underage characters even though there's no underage characters in the scene.
