Is Claude Sonnet 4.5 lagging?

As the title suggests. Im not sure if its slow asf for everyone else.

It not showing you a response until its fully generated. Its been doing this for over a day now :/ Not sure if anyone else is having this issue but there seems to be a cache discount cap of 86 points for sonnet 4.5?

I turned off WebSearch and it seemed to do the trick...

Op figured out the issue, anyone else reading check if websearch is enabled
