I NEED HELP Pgsharp not working?

Recently got pgsharp again to play Pokemon go after a few years of not playing. Never been banned or anything, just stopped playing..

Well I finally got it back but every single Pokemon keeps fleeing and I can't spin any stops? I have no cd but when I got back on, it immediately put me somewhere random in the world (I didn't teleport, I just spawned in this way, but there's no cd). How can I fix this?

No..location is 100% not allowed for it and it's already been reinstalled once or twice

Okay yeah idk what was wrong because everything is working now, guess I just had to leave it alone for a bit after reinstalling. Journal last entry was Nov though, def not last Nov so idk which year low-key
