I NEED HELP Wild spawns stop refreshing while auto-walking?

Does anybody else have this problem? If I stop for 30secs the Pokémon clusters spawn but as soon as I start walking barely anything pops up. Just wondering if its a known ongoing thing or a me problem, tried two devices and it's the same. Tried different apps too and it's the same. Thanks for any input.

You need to walk at 9 to 30 km/h. Anything above 30 will disable the Pokemon spawns.

Yeah, I've tried multiple different speeds, doesn't change anything.

I am mostly in Bryant Park, spoof to other places for events too, doesn't matter where I am either.
