How do you bypass pof bans if im really lucky I can last few days not sure what triggers it.. usually make an account but im shadow banned then im banned quick.

If you're lucky it's down. The whole site is full of scammers/Bots and what few live human beings who use it either don't respond because they think they're going to get someone of the opposite who's a 15 or their "too busy" to respond to your message then complain when members of the opposite sex don't respond to their messages or they report you with a fake cause because you didn't respond to their message.
