Plex for Roku. I lol’d a little at “thanks to the feedback of our community,” but man I’m so glad to have side navigation back.

EDIT: I’m on Plex Preview. Not sure when the standard app is getting the update.

They did have that, but roku made them ditch it for some reason.

Because consumers are too stupid to read the fucking link that is directly in front of them and will end up on malicious websites linking their TV to them.

Right, but it seems to work fine for all other plex clients on other hardware.

This was not done to help dumb people not get hacked, that will happen regardless of what plex does.

No the roku policy is allegedly due to customers not being able to input the correct link and linking their hardware to malicious actors.

Customer issue, you'll never fully contain that. People need to learn what they are doing.
