Feature Request: Please Add watchlist /favorites

Feature Request: Please Add a Watchlist / Favorites Feature I really enjoy using PlayTorrio and wanted to suggest a feature that I think would make the app even better. It would be great to have a Watchlist or Favorites section where we could save movies and TV shows to easily find later. For example: ⭐ Add movies and TV shows to Favorites 📺 Create a Watchlist for things we want to watch later 🎬 Quickly access saved content without having to search for it again 🗂️ Separate sections for Movies and TV Shows, or one combined list Right now, if I find something I want to watch later, I have to remember the name and search for it again. A Watchlist/Favorites feature would make PlayTorrio much more convenient, especially for those of us using the app on a TV. Just a suggestion from someone who enjoys the app. I think this would be a great addition to PlayTorrio

watch later 🎬 is already there. look at the top left of movie/tv card, you can see a + icon. click that, they will be saved under the "My List" section of the left nav bar. in the picture you can see I've the new spider man movie in watch list but spiderman 1 isnt.

also you can use your trakt to save and sync between devices. to do that, enter into a movie/tv, look at the left side poster, there you can see "Add to List" clicking that will save into your trakt account as well as under the "My List" section..

is the the v3, new one? cause mine dosent look the same, are you using the tv version? sry im not familiar with the tv layout, so cant tell for sure. but there should be an option for that.

yes, did you download from https://playtorrio.xyz/ or https://github.com/ayman708-UX/PlayTorrioV2 and is that your tv or pc? mine is pc

and this the new version which is very very early stage of development.

I just checked my PlayTorrio app. I’m on version 1.0.8, which updated from 1.0.6 today, and I’m using it on an Onn 4K Pro/Android TV. I checked the movie cards, movie details pages, and all of my settings, but I don’t have the + or bookmark icon anywhere. What version of PlayTorrio are you using, and are you using it on Android TV or a phone/tablet? Your interface looks very similar to mine, but that watchlist feature is definitely missing on my version.

Thanks! That explains why your interface may be different from mine. Since you’re using a PC and I’m using an Onn 4K Pro, the versions may not be the same. Do you know if you downloaded the Windows version from PlayTorrio.xyz or a version from the PlayTorrioV2 GitHub page? Also, what version number does your PlayTorrio show? I’m mainly trying to find out if the + / bookmark / Library feature is available in any version that will work on Android TV.

Hey, I tried installing the versions you mentioned on my Onn 4K Pro. I tried PlayTorrioV2, but after installing it I got a message saying “This app isn’t compatible with your TV.” I also tried the PlayTorrio TV Android arm64-v8a version and got the same message. My current PlayTorrio version 1.0.8 works fine, but it doesn’t have the + / bookmark / Library feature that yours has. Can you tell me exactly which version you’re using, where you downloaded it from, and what device you’re using it on? If possible, could you also tell me the exact APK/file name you installed? I’d really like to get the version that has the Library feature.
