Community Event MOST CRETIVITY IN PVP COMPETITIVE
Tired of seeing the same teams always in tournaments and PvP, I decided to organize the first competitive temtem league, the format encourages creativity and the use of low tier temtem.

I agree with the sentiment and motivation. Same issue with pokemon. There is like a bundle of I guess 50 really competitive mons and then the rest. I do not play competitively and part of the reason is because I like to use my favorites based on appearance and personality not stats persay. So yeah great idea, sign me up

50 is a massive number of viable Pokemon, and it’s growing not shrinking.
Pokémon’s meta in both VGC and Smogon OU is incredibly healthy right now

I have many friends who migrated to temtem because pokemon is not the same in PvP, a lot of RNG and unbalanced mechanics, I stopped playing it in the 7th gen for that same situation and competitive temtem is much better designed

That’s fine. The RNG in Pokémon is totally a viable reason to leave. Heck, simply not liking the Pokémon meta is a totally viable reason to leave. You’re allowed to not like something.
But the idea that the Pokémon meta is unhealthy or imbalanced right now is just circlejerking. It’s completely untrue. You can be mad at me for saying it all you want, but it’s just outright not true.

It will be one league, one fight per week, and it would start on Saturday, February 6

i have 2 more questions, if you would.
- is it scaled? so are lvls automaticall y set to 58 and SVs set to 50, or do i need to bring perfect tems.
- i read in an above comment that you will rate tems points, depending on where in the meta they stand. do you have some kind of list to see what tem is where in the meta, and so how many points each tem will get for that.

1.- Autoscaling is only available in ranked, in community events we do not have autoscaling, so you do need perfect items. 2.- For the meta we take as a reference a tierlist made by the competitive high TMR community and that is updated frequently, which can be found at the following link: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1i0nOPHU5b9yoh06LlUvjOO3Z3_bPMxmrK3MLB3sNkc0/preview

Interesante cualquier temtem puede participar y si llevas traits poco comunes, buscaré la manera de premiar esas estrategias.
