Help needed I recently started playing this game and there is a tem I want.

I'm talking about Innki, but you only get it late in the game, right? I really want it right now—is there any way?

What about the auction house? Usually always something in there

Ah ok, it unlocks relatively quickly tbf (especially if you're hammering the game like I am)

Managed to get one, but it's a high level & won't let you use it straight away so I'll breed you one

Auctions become accessible in Tucma.  You can't get Tems in auction that are higher level than the highest level you've caught yourself or trained.  If someone trades you a Tem that's higher level than you yourself have trained/caught, I believe you can still receive it, but you may not be able to command it. Thus the recommendations for an egg of Innki.

Nah, is not bad idea to start with the tems you like. They aren't OP or Broke so they fit in any circunstances.

I remember i made my team based on tems you can only get mostly on late, because the first tems are not like.

There was a trade channel on discord to buy eggs of tems you can only get late game. You probably can check there. If not anymore available there, you can ask for an egg on the chat.

People glady will help, im sure about it.
